1 - Conclusion of contract 

The reservation will become effective only after payment of a first deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the stay, by bank transfer and delivery of the completed rental contract, initialed on each page and signed, as well as a copy of its document of identity and resort insurance.

To guarantee the reservation, the deposit must be paid within 8 days of the dispatch of the contract. A copy of the contract must be kept by the customer. The amount of the stay includes charges, water and electricity consumption.


2 - Payment of the balance

 

  The total amount of the stay (the balance) must be paid before the 30th day before the date of arrival at the Villa. The customer who has not paid the balance on the agreed date is considered to have canceled his stay. From then on, the service is again offered for sale and no refund will be made. Additional services not mentioned in this contract will be payable at the end of the stay to the owner.

All reservations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will be subject to full payment at the time of booking. No refund will be made and cannot be requested in the event of cancellation before the date of arrival at the Villa.


3 - Cancellation

 

Signing the contract binds both parties irrevocably. No termination is possible without written agreement of the parties.
Any cancellation must be made in writing:  registered mail or email.
Cancellation by the owner:
-  In agreement with the client, the owner will endeavor to offer equivalent replacement accommodation. In the absence of agreement, the payments made are immediately and fully reimbursed.
Cancellation by the client before arrival at the premises:
- Deposits will be returned in full if cancellation occurs no later than 60 days (inclusive) prior to arrival.
- The first deposit remains acquired by the owner if the cancellation occurs between the 60th and 30th days (inclusive) prior to arrival and only the balance (2nd deposit of 50%) if it has been paid will be returned in full.
- If the cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, the total rental price will remain fully acquired by the owner and no refund will be made.
- If the customer does not show up, the total price of the rental will remain fully acquired by the owner and there will be no refund.
-  In the event of a shortened stay, the total rental price will remain in full with the owner and there will be no refund.

4 – Arrival

 

The customer must present himself on the day specified and at the time mentioned on the rental contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the client must notify the owner.


5 - Length of stay

 

The signatory client of this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to
stay in the premises at the end of the stay.


6 - State of play

 

An inventory and an inventory of the furniture made available to the Customer are given to the Customer when entering the accommodation.
If the inventory and the inventory are not drawn up and signed by the Owner, or his representative, and the Client simultaneously (inventory of fixtures and contradictory inventories), the inventory and the inventory carried out by the Client alone and given to the Customer when entering the accommodation will be contestable by the Customer within 48 hours of entering the accommodation.
In the absence of dispute by the Customer within this 48-hour period, the inventory and the inventory carried out by the Owner and communicated to the Customer upon entering the premises will be deemed to have been accepted without reservation by the Customer.
An inventory and an inventory will be established by the Parties at the end of the rental, each keeping a signed copy.
In the absence of an inventory and/or inventory at the end of the rental or if the Customer alone establishes the inventory and/or inventory at the end of the rental, the absence of dispute by the Owner within 72 hours of the end of the rental will be worth returning the premises in good condition and/or complete inventory.


7 - Security deposit

 

The Customer will remit to the Owner an amount of 1,500 Euros as a security deposit intended to cover damage and/or damage to the
housing and furniture and objects furnishing the housing caused by the Customer, as well as the loss of keys or objects. The security deposit is made by bank transfer to the owner's account before the day of arrival or by bank check with mention of
the date of arrival + name of the reservation on the day of arrival.
The security deposit will be returned to the customer from 72 hours after the day of the customer's departure, deducting, where applicable, sums covering damage and/or damage to the accommodation and furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Customer, as well as the loss of keys or objects.


8 – Ability 

 

This contract is established for a maximum capacity of 9 people.
We remind you that animals are forbidden in the villa.


9 – Termination by operation of law

 

In the event of a breach by the Client of one of the obligations of the rental contract as well as of the internal regulations, the lease will be terminated automatically.
The immediate termination of the rental contract, at the fault of the Customer, the rental amount remaining definitively acquired by the owner, as compensation.


10 - Insurance 

 

The customer is liable for all damages caused by him.
The customer is required to take out insurance against rental risks (fire, water damage, etc.) either through a "resort" extension or through a specific contract limited to his stay. See civil liability insurance covering his own liability and that of the persons accompanying him.


11 - Disputes 

 

In the absence of agreement between the client and the owner, the owner will submit the file to the legal department of his insurance.
The court of the domicile of the owner will have sole jurisdiction. This contract and its consequences are subject to French law.
